The arrangement of the sprayers on the nozzles can be parallel and crossed, and the channel type adopts a vertical and crossed arrangement, and the spraying effect is better.
The factors for selecting a trigger sprayer are flow rate, pressure, spray angle, coverage, impact force, temperature, material, usage, etc. These factors are usually intertwined and mutually restricted. Flow rate and pressure, spray angle, and coverage are proportional. The purpose of any nozzle injection is to maintain continuous contact between the plating solution and the workpiece. This factor is more important than pressure.
The liquid temperature will not affect the spray performance of the trigger sprayer, but it will affect the viscosity, specific gravity, and material selection. The material of the trigger sprayer should also be determined according to the chemical characteristics of the plating solution. For non-corrosive baths, bronze casting or plastic die casting can be used according to the processing difficulty. To prevent corrosion, non-metallic materials can be used. For strong corrosive fluids, such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, nylon plastic can be used. The nozzle material used in the phosphating bath is usually made of acid-resistant stainless steel, and the sprayer used to prevent corrosion can also be directly selected from stainless steel or made of nylon material. These problems are minor problems in the eyes of the trigger sprayer factory.
